Tis’ the season to finally start using menthol again! Menthol is a chemical compound, it’s found naturally in peppermint. Like most chemical compounds it can also be made up in a lab!👩🏻🔬 Rather than using menthol in my skincare, I generally use it in my shower steamers to help open my sinuses during the cold winter months.🤧 How would you use menthol? 🤔

Fun fact Friday👩🏻🔬 DID you know…that water expands when it is frozen? It is the only non metallic substance that does this.🧊 So when frozen, water is less dense than when it is in liquid form, but it expands by about 9%. Cool right? 🥶
