I’ve been playing around with vegetable glycerin (also known as glycerol) in some of my more recent body care recipes.💦 Vegetable glycerin comes from vegetable fats found in carrier oils like coconut oil! It is a natural humectant, so it works by drawing water from the air and into the skin.🤤 glycerin also creates a protective layer over the skin which will help protect moister loss! I love adding this stuff to my lotions/shaving creams/etc. 😋 Have you ever used/heard of vegetable glycerin before?
