There's no Dr. Pepper in it! Though it still has some resemblances to the 23 flavour recipe. Much like the Long Island Iced Tea does not contain iced tea but still tastes like so. The Flaming Dr. Pepper has amaretto which gives it sweetness and almond flavour. The overproof rum adds some caramel notes, and finally, for the bubbles, a cool beer.
You probably heard of it or even drank it in college if you are from Texas. As did Beavis Wallace, who ordered this cocktail from Piper's Bar with a message mentioning: I used to get these during my college party days in Acuna, Mexico.
Which Overproof Rum?
Why not regular rum? The overproof rum has higher alcohol, making it highly flammable and creating a better pyrotechnic show for your audience.
Texas VS New Orleans

Finally, you can enjoy the Haupia, a coconut pudding for dessert.
Hula Dancers
Did you know that hula dancers are male and female? And they traditionally wear a grass skirt or a leaf skirt. They wear a flower necklace called Lei. So you can get Lei'd in Hawaii 😉 And of course, a flower in their hair.

What is the Whippet?
It's a soft cookie base topped with a fluffy marshmallow covered with chocolate.
How to eat the Whippet?
There are many ways to eat the Whippet, and everyone has their own. But the classics are covered right below.
One Bite, for ones that want it fast. Or they enjoy a mouthful.
Two Bites, or half and half. Because your mouth is too small, or you want to savour it longer.
Strip Tease! It's a method where you disrobe your Whippet. Yes, yes, you take off the chocolate cover and eat it. Then you pull out the marshmallow and eat it as well. You are now left with the cookie bottom covered in chocolate. You can dip it in milk!
Vanilla. Take off the chocolate part, and eat only the marshmallow and cookie.
S'mores. While on a camping trip or near an open flame, you can gently roast your Whippet. Be careful not to burn the chocolate or have it all melt, but it's doable. You can even take off some of the top chocolate to roast the marshmallow too!

Because the Corpse Revivers are said to cure your hangover and increase your vigour. Just what is needed before a day of work!
Or preferably during a Sunday Brunch. Be careful. The mimosa is a lot less potent than the Corpse Reviver No 2.
Ingredients: 3/4 oz London dry gin, 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc, 3/4 oz orange liqueur, 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed and Absinthe, to rinse.
Preparation: Rinse the inside of a chilled martini glass with Absinthe, discard the excess and set the glass aside. Add the gin, Lillet blanc, orange liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.
