A little reflection on my physique at 33... So in January I started using an app that put me on a calorie diet and set me on a trajectory to lose 10 pounds by March through very safe and sustainable exercises of the mind and educating me on healthy eating practices. I did super well during the first two months and lost 7 pounds. Then I fell into my winter potato state (the good ole' SAD) towards the very end of winter and totally folded. I ended up gaining my 7 pounds back and I am at square zero. I am sad. This was the first time I actually seriously attempted to lose weight and feel that I failed miserably. Do any of you have similar experience with dieting? Do you have any tips to share that helped you keep your weight down for good?

It's been exactly a year since we cashed our first OF check. It was $48 - perfect amount of money to cover cost of film for Ketty's birthday photoshoot, which then launched us into one of the top 10% of creators on this platform. What a wild, crazy ride. Thank you all who've been with us until now! Your support means everything to us. This week, we will share a little bit of throwbacks on things we've accomplished, how much we've grown and changed. Ketty is turning 33 this Sunday, and as you could have guessed, we booked a location for another major photoshoot. This one, however, is very special. Ketty had to book this in January, so you guys know it's a steal. So with this being said, we will have the highest quality, fresh, new and super creative content coming to you guys soon.
