The metabolism is boosted long after the workout stops and the energy you spend in the workout, is gonna come back to you and multiply. So if you feel like you have no energy left for exercise, then you need to think of the energy you’ll actually gain from it.

One of my Friends who is also a Swiss Photographer and full time works as a Doctoral Nurse we did four Photoshoots and some video work together.
This is a part of his second shoot. The uncensored and video work is on P@treon link in socials.
We met online. I was living in Switzerland he wrote to me we chatted and he offered to do a photoshoot. He became a good family friend and we celebrated Easter together with his wife and they both saw us off from the Airport in Zurich when we moved to Thailand this year.
So many people think that someone online is a celebrity because of a number. However we are all just souls walking side by side with stories and a life.
Another photographer I met in Switzerland who did my Body art work has an amazing life story only he could do justice. However he also became a good family friend and gave my daughter a Ukulele to play and this is how she became to play the Ukulele. One time I had my body painted by him and my daughters only thoughts were when will her face be painted as a butterfly.
@audriasana I met online on instagram. I loved their art. I would often comment, post and share it in my stories. Michelle came to Europe one Fall and asked if I wanted to come to Como and shoot with her. So I hoped on a train with my family I met Michelle and her Partner and then we shot and spent time together. It was simply brilliant. Michelle was so kind as to say something to the effect I showed her that women do support women and it helps each of us to support each other more, we rise by supporting each other. She appreciated that I always supported @audriasana and share them in my stories even though there wasn't anything in it for me.
Another back story of a trainer I had I asked to train with them. They were a circus performer. Their husband was skeptical because I was that naked lady and weird person online. However she took a chance on me and trained me and then we became very good friends and she said she was so glad they did and I have helped their family a lot as they went through the Ukraine war and lost everything. Now we still keep in contact and send xmas gifts even when we are in different countries and our kids are friends.
I hope one day the stories we tell become more kind and connecting but in the mean time. I hope we learn to hold respect, listen to each other and realise there is so much more than the eyes see.
What if we all let people tell their stories more and we not tell them but instead tell our own?
People often think there is some fancy back story to photoshoots, what we post or the person on social media or this art and there maybe sometimes, but so often it is so regular and normal. So often it is just souls just making art or posting and sharing their regular life that seems different to ours.
The honest truth is that we are all just humans making stories up to fit our perspectives and we are all more than the stories that are told by us.
When I walk down the street and see people I think.
I wonder what their cool talent is...can they play the piano with awesomeness. Can they do a backflip or make a wooden kayak etc?
When I look at peoples bodies I think... I wonder how they got such big shoulders or strong legs, that smile is so beautiful, I wonder if they are okay their eyes look lost or their eyes are shining I feel so happy for them they are so happy.

What gets you on your knees?
If this 2022 you are not feeling like you’ve reached the results you were wishing for, you probably just need a little more time I would recommend joining me on p@treon link in socials or keep working out because it’s a lifestyle.
Once you really see change take place, you can go to maintenance. Please note the foods you consume are a big part of your results. To get optimum results you must have discipline and nutrition working together. Not perfection but more often than not. I have experienced a huge difference in my butt and texture of my skin for example just by simply reducing the amount of sugars and artificial sugars. Fruits are great in low quantity but add cookies and other sweets it all stacks up. It’s fine to have every now again, nothing is bad or good. We just need to make sure the workouts are more often than not and the nutrition has good choices in it more often than not.
Over Xmas I decrease my workouts and I have a few more sweets and enjoy and when I am back to regular routine I swap them back out. This doesn’t impact me just a nice change for rest and recovery and the motivation builds to work harder when I return to routine.
Consistency is the key not perfection. Moderation is the key not perfection. Quality is the key not perfection good and bad. Doing is the key not perfection all or nothing.

7 years ago handstands were foreign to me. They were this magical move that I would never achieve in my mind. I started doing handstands as a motto to save me from myself. I had hit rock bottom. Attempted on my life and was trying to rebuild my mental health and physical health after losing a little one, having a baby and suffering pre and postnatal depression.
Handstands became a motto. Fall down 7 times, stand up 8. As long as each day I stood up and tried one handstand I knew I would be working on myself and I could get through the day. 7 years later I am now working on contortion handstands and one arm handstands.
It is amazing how a journey that began simply to survive the struggle of the inner and outer turmoil of being human, is now a journey of things I never imagined possible and a place of joy in my life.
One of the things about fitness that so many do not realise is it is truly about becoming a better human mind, body and soul without you even noticing.
For me I describe the journey as starting on a struggle bus, winding down the roads of life occasionally finding beautiful views along a long and tedious road of monotonous microshifts. Suddenly the struggle bus turns into a smooth riding car that is driving along a magnificent coastline that takes your breath away with a few hairy bends and bumpy moments from time to time. The journey goes from a place nobody wants to journey from and it is an immense challenge to start and continue to do so, to a place of joy without even noticing. The vehicle you drive goes from a place that you must drive that is challenging and not your vehicle of choice, to a vehicle you enjoy immensely driving that is created and designed by you that you feel proud and a sense of joy to be in every time.
Fitness and health is not a 30 day journey, it is a drive of a lifetime but we all have the ability to make that drive smoother and more enjoyable one micro-shift at a time. So many of us think fitness is like going from 0 to 100 in less then 3 seconds but the reality is that journey is a slow and steady pace that suddenly you look back and so grateful you started although it began so slowly and you thought you would never get off the ground running, always destined to be running like Fred Flintstone trying to make progress.
So many see a fancy pose or incredible pose or body and think wow it must be easy or come naturally to them. But for me it has been a 9 year journey to be here and there are still days where I need to service the vehicle I drive and fix a few dents but overall the vehicle is a gift in my life. There is also still more destination I want to drive to but I am grateful for all the ones that I have gotten to no matter how long it has taken. I know I will be on a journey of a lifetime taking care of it this whole journey, but now I have built the habits and and the design of vehicles I like.
For me the journey of health and fitness has become more like brushing my teeth, showering and doing my hair every day, good habits. And when the motivation runs out and I forget to notice how good it is to be where I am like we have reminders in the calendar to keep us getting to places on time. These good habits keep me going until I find the joy again and keep me doing the things I do until the motivation comes back.
Health is sometimes like when you own your first car or house it is incredible at first. Just like achieving weight loss or a cool pose but then comes the bills and the maintenance comes and you get a bit frustrated at times you gotta do all these parts. Just like when you want to keep fit and healthy you gotta eat well, train and work on your mind daily but at the end of the day when you have that awesome car or house or body it brings you joy and satisfaction and it is worth doing the small things every day to maintain.
That is fitness to me and that is what I want to help others experience. I want you to drive in the hot seat of your body and life with love and acceptance. I want you to know you have a lifetime of this journey but it is a lifetime of blessings and magic you get to create and nourish because it is worth it.
And before you say it is easy for me. I personally know how hard it is to start from ground zero. I know what it is like to have a body that does not function the way you wish. When I was pregnant I could not exercise and I could barely walk with my joints locked up. When I started after birth I remember my first run as more of a waddle and an attempt at a split and handstand as more of a hop skip and splat.
However I know that with work you can look back in a year, 3 years or even 7 years like me and be in awe of where you've come and continue loving working on the journey of a lifetime and the endless possibilities to go.
Teaching online and helping others is one of the greatest joys. I love teaching in 10 tier p@treon link in socials in bikinis and I love teaching on top tiers nude to see mind muscle connection. Because at the end of the day it is all about health and happiness for me and walking side by side everyone making the rest of their life the best of life one step at a time. It is also about understanding our body and mind are not there to stop us. Building confidence and self love is not about having it, it is about daily work of acceptance and compassion. Ive always been a shy person and through sharing my art and moving and teaching, this has allowed me to accept myself and who I am more. People ask me how I am so confidence I believe it isn't confidence. I feel it is just I have built habits to make sharing myself as normal and accepting who I am, how I am.
These are photos to show you how far Ive come to remind you we all do not start where we are and the start is only just the beginning of all the magic ahead.

What are the benefits of doing handstands? You get to stand on your hands and look kind of cool. That’s pretty much as far as it goes. But I believe there are additional, definitive benefits that come out of training handstands.
Coordination and physical awareness
With my students I have noticed there’s a level of challenge to the body with hand balancing that begins to fill in the gaps of their physical awareness. There is a strong correlation, over the course of their handstand training, with how much more coordinated they get in everything they’re doing.
Before they might have been doing bodyweight training, or normal weightlifting, and still feel disconnected in their body. The novelty about handstand training challenges the body in ways it’s not normally challenged. With handstands in particular, we have to force the mind into the body. We have to get you to feel your knee caps or calves. Is one contracting and the other not? Why did you externally rotate one leg but not the other? Why were your toes pointed but now you unpoint? Just by constantly self-checking in on the body seems to fill some proprioceptive gaps people have, that isn’t done in other skills.
Temperance and Problem Solving
Handbalancing, being a skill-based discipline, involves a direct confrontation with the self. I managed to stay up and held my handstand, or, I did not hold it. This clear-cut results and dichotomy of success and failure can bring you in touch with both very furious and very calm parts of yourself. It also correlates to our psychological feelings around control. It’s blatantly direct with a handstand. Do I have the control to actually hold it? Checking whether or not you are in control, and that allows you this “good feeling.”
There’s loads of fury when it doesn’t work, or frustration. It’s the Sisyphean task where you constantly push this rock up the mountain and it rolls back down again, but you’re happy to keep pushing it up. When framed in this lens, handstands touch so many mental and emotional things in a person.
It also assists with mental health and finding joy. Because it has a play aspect it allows you to get out of your head into your body and find our inner kid and wise dude inside. Handstands helped me manage my depression after my attempt on life and helped me find joy in myself and movement again to build and re-work my mental health to a more joyous and stronger version that I have today.

All I want for Xmas is?????
My dreams coming true first time in 3 years I’ll be home among the gum tress back in Australia.
In a world of instant gratification. I’m a slow and steady consistency type of human.
It took me 3 years to save and get back home to Australia.
It took me nearly 10 years to build these movement skills and maintain my fitness.
It took me 8 years of learning yoga and educating myself to teach my first yoga retreat.
It has taken me a whole life time of working on myself to be who I am today.
My greatest lesson is challenging situations create the force needed to bring about change. The problem is that we generally use all the stirred up energy intended to bring about change, to resist change. Learn to sit with the storms of life and see what constructive action is being asked of you.
Don’t worry how long it takes life has always been about the journey where it most matters, as we are always on a journey and the destinations never ends.

Many people know that each of the world-famous Olympic rings represents one of the five continents of the world. However, the rings were designed by Baron Pierre de Coubertein in 1912, and he stated that, together with the white background, their colours also represented the flags of every nation competing at that year’s event.

I started pole dance at home and am self taught. I taught myself pole to heal and get out of my head. It has given me the gift of understanding movement and a body strong by design and awareness.
Pole dancing is a full-body workout. It is resistance training and cardio in one, and flexibility is improved as well. Pole dancers perform acrobatic tricks either suspending their weight or propelling it around a metal pole. The simple act of climbing a pole is an incredible display of strength. It is no surprise, then, that most pole dancers insist they have never looked or felt better.
You need your skin exposed to grip the pole.
Pole dancers must have their legs, arms and stomachs exposed to safely grip the pole. There are some grounded spins, poses, and floor work that can be performed while wearing pants, but in order to perform more advanced moves, we must have the proper amount of skin exposure.
It’s not always so sexy.
Pole dancing is not always as overtly sexual as people may believe. The process of training is often full of awkward and unglamorous moments. Many of us end up with bruises, burns, and scrapes from trying new moves. And although we may wear sports bras and tiny shorts when performing, most dancers opt for comfort over fashion in between training sessions.
But it can be very sexy.
The seductive allure of pole dancing still remains steadfast. There was a period of time when pole dancing first became mainstream where many pole dancers sought to distance its association with strip clubs. They felt this link delegitimized efforts to be taken seriously. The community has since evolved to understand this denial as a form of appropriation and recognizes with respect the roots this art form holds in exotic dance.
Pole dancing can be emotionally healing.
This is one of the biggest reasons I've stuck with pole dancing as long as I have. The physical benefits are great, but the feeling you get from mastering a move or expressing a particular emotion is indescribable. For example, when I am able to assist a student without any fitness background in their first pole climb, it is an honor to witness their feeling of accomplishment and resulting boost in self-confidence.
Men can (and do!) pole dance.
The number of men pole dancing continues to grow every year. There are men’s divisions in competitions now, and I see more men joining classes I take or teach than ever before.
It can be dangerous without proper training.
Although pole dancing is fun, it is a serious athletic endeavor that should not be taken lightly. Some people do not realize how challenging pole can be on a first attempt (re: every muscle in my body ached for days). In addition to bruises, pole dancers can experience shoulder or back pain with improper technique or overtraining.
The community is very tight-knit.
Because what we do is still considered taboo by many, there is a unique closeness that bonds us together. There are pole dancers of all professions, ethnicities, religions, cultures, sizes, and ages. I have friends all over the world because of pole dancing, and I have friends who have been able to travel the world because of it.
“Not having upper body strength” is not an excuse to avoid it.
I understand that you may be nervous to try pole dancing. Maybe you don’t feel you are at your ideal weight, or you think you have no rhythm, or you think you're too old. But I encourage you to stop creating roadblocks for yourself. The best way to get better at something is to work on it! Every athletic journey requires a first courageous step. You'll grow over time as you build skills, strength and body awareness. Overcoming feats is part of what's so inspiring and empowering about pole.
A few years ago I worked with a Photographer called Will from https://www.instagram.com/deadlovejunkies/ and his assistance you see here Steve. They came from UK when I was living in Switzerland. We hiked all around the town I lived at the time creating shapes.
These were a few candid funny moments where Steve was such a gentleman not knowing where to look or what to do whilst Will was taking the photos.
We had a good laugh about it as Will caught it all on Camera.
It is moments like these, the in between moments that I cherish the most.
It reminds me how not matter how many times we see a human body there is still that sense of finding comfort with a stranger and respect as we work together. Maybe it is that searching for the understanding of boundaries, safe spaces, yet also professionalism and fun.
There is also that reminder that behind every shoot is just humans creating. Not good or bad or what fantasies we play in our heads on social media of people getting down with it etc. At the end of the day all the stories in our head we tell about others we see online, we are all, all of us really are just walking side by side. Never really knowing what we we are doing but I think we are all just hoping that everyone is comfortable, feeling accepted and at the end of the day having a good time with us, when we are connected. And afterwards they are left with good memories after all said and done and thoughts about us. Well that is what I hope anyway.
I love these shots too because they show that life is purely most magic in the normal moments and meeting people in their humanness not perfection is the greatest gift and most memorable gift. Especially when you can laugh and enjoy the moments and have good memories to look back on.

It is the season to be jolly and to set yourself up for the best wealth of 2023, your health.

Michael Phelps Has Won More Olympic Golds Than Mexico
The American swimmer added five gold medals and a silver to his collection in Rio 2016 to take his Olympic medal haul to a record-breaking total of 28. According to Time Magazine, he’s won more Olympic golds during his career than many countries, including Portugal and Mexico, have won since 1896.
This is me taking a shower this morning. I trained for 2 hours. I did an Insanity Asylum Upper Elite and a Flow Movement practice with my coach. Followed by some deep backbend work. After 2 hrs of training I was done and wanted nothing more than a good shower to wash the sweat and burning exhaustion away. This shower is simply a shower until you place your perspective on it. What do you see is the question? Then understanding that is okay but also knowing for me it was just a shower and knowing that is okay too. A shower, a conversation, the food we eat, a touch is all neutral until our imaginations take hold which is so often what happens on social media and that is when it transcends into other meanings within us and others. The conversation then becomes not if how we see it is wrong or right or others, but more about understanding that there are a million different ways to see it and be compassionate and respectful to all so, we can build better connections to ourselves and others.
We socialize sexuality through our imagination. And the central agent of the erotic act is our creativity, our imagination, or ability to renew, our ability to anticipate… We can envision the act without having to actually enact it. And it is the cultivation of pleasure for its own sake.“ Esther Perel
So much of Social media is just this act of imagination and creating a story in our head from something that is originally neutral until we place our imagination on it. Eroticism implies sex as a vibrant and transcendent experience. Perel calls it “a place you go inside yourself with another.” The fuel for this transcendent travel is one’s own individual creativity. And it’s through the exploration of erotic imagination that fantasies arise. Your boundaries become widened and new realities are forged. Thus, the focus of eroticism and erotic intelligence is not “doing sex” but rather “the meaning of sex.” Transcendence is that meaning.
When we view this world we transcend into our own world within our mind. Sexuality is a big part of our play as adults. We upgrade from playing with toys (innocent play) to erotica play (once you know that your mind never goes back fully).
What we must remember is we all hold different reasons for being here and different views for everything we see. There is no wrong or right. The difficulty in this world that is so black and white is to understand this and find ways to harmonize our connections even though they are different so we do not hold invisible barriers to each other and create hate and fear amongst ourselves. Whilst also being open to the views we do not see and that to be a whole human all our feelings need to be accepted and addressed. However, we all must remember we all have a different ways to feel, see, imagine and be human. Remember this and practice compassion and observation and this in turn will create a world of less shame and fear and more wholeness and compassion. Sports Have Been Played on the Moon
In 1971, Alan Shephard and Edgar Mitchell made history when they became the first people to play sport on the moon. The Apollo 14 astronauts participated in what Mitchell later jokingly described as “the first lunar Olympics”. Shephard hit a golf ball while Mitchell threw a makeshift javelin – it was actually a staff they’d used in one of their scientific experiments.

Talking about sensuality and how to evoke it through life, reading and every day moments to enrich our lives.
To be sensual, I think, is to respect and rejoice in the force of life, of life itself, and to be present in all that one does, from the effort of loving to breaking bread.
This was a little piece of free flow yesterday. It is a piece of me playing with my soul and moving. It is about learning and growing and syncing into myself and letting go of all that I am and crave to be just to be here and now.
This is a small example of some of the moves and videos I share on the 10 tier on P@treon and on the two top tiers p@treon link in socials I do teaching and moves like this naked so you can see the human body articulate and understand it further for mind muscle connection.
Let me introduce myself a little bit:
I’m Rhyanna Watson @openheartscanunite on IG. A mum, yoga teacher, fitness trainer, wellness consultant and a person who like most of us has experienced pain and heartbreak, as well as incredible joy and love.
People say social media is not a real place, however it makes a difference to so many lives. It gives a voice, a community, business opportunities, friendships, places for healing, learning and growing as well as the negative like bullying, harassment, non inclusive forms that create mental health issues, depression, sickness, business loss and life loss etc. It is a very important part of our modern day society and can be for healing when used with love, compassion and respect; it can change lives. Just in the last years my friends daughter, Eleanor, found out she had secondary cancer. They were able to raise the money to travel from Australia to America for trials of a cancer treatment to give her a fighting chance to beat this cancer. She is now in remission. My yoga teacher currently his wife Insiya is battling cancer they raised enough money for treatment too. It is a powerful space and just like time only heals when we use it for healing, social media is only powerful and rewarding when used well.
Essentially I am just an ordinary girl trying to do her best. I started instagram in 2014 with the intention of having a space to express myself from the heart in a world where that can often feel tough to do. Including showing images of my own body to encourage others to accept theirs. I had been working in the world of fitness training for several years before this, so it felt like a natural expansion to share some of my experience I had gained online to help others. Plus I had started exploring yoga just the year before and was feeling inspired by the incredible soulful way in which it was allowing me to reconnect with my body, mind and heart after an extended period of trauma, disconnection, sadness, darkness and depression that had led to an attempt on my life.
On social media I want to present many aspects of myself and character from fit, strong and flexible to fun, warm and friendly: from open, honest and vulnerable to playful, sensual and sometimes just real life, showing that I have no idea why I am doing this but here goes it anyway. My goal is to show wholeness - the full spectrum not perfection. I am making a choice to be not just one thing society deems worthy. I am simply being the only person I can be, me, and all of me.
I believe people do not follow me. I believe we are an open hearted community of like minded souls all walking each other home, as we are reconnecting with our authentic selves, accepting responsibility of all aspects of our authentic selves to empower ourselves and others.
My engagement over the years have been deeply impacted on many socials my the algorithms and stigmas and untruths. On instagram have had many people say they stopped seeing my account. On YouTube I have posted a simple bikini yoga professionally shot and had a strike on my account and the video removed for adult content (it stated and nearly lost my account), whilst others post bikini content to their hearts content. I do not wish to pay for growth I wish to be authentic and real but it is very hard to do so when social media and others does not celebrate us or get caught up in stigmas and untruths.
I believe the increase in shadowbanning and blocking/removal of body-positive and sex positive content on social media has occurred due to our inability to separate sexual, sensual and art culture and many pörn sites taking many social media videos on to their sites disrespecting and making everything sexual. So many people have been shamed and punished because of this culture of disrespect and we need to understand we as humans create it by our behaviours, comments and fear and can change it by the way we react and treat each other.
I believe that the future holds possibilities if we work together to educate and share with love, compassion and respect. If we take time to use social media more wisely everything will change. The only constant in life is change. When you are going through a storm you know you are onto something. It is just we have to endure the storm and make sure we do it with kindness as we journey these rough confusing waters together.
Youtube is even more closed than Instagram as mentioned above. Any bikini video or short exercise shorts video is automatically not available for advertisement and is also classified as sexual nature. It saddens me because we are teaching our future generation sexual is everything fitness, yoga and more. However I can go to the beach in my bikini with my daughter receiving no disrespect from others nor am I damaging my daughter. I can go to a sauna in Europe and sit naked with 30 other naked souls and we chat like we are at a coffee table and there is not one complaint about a body, sexual comment, disrespectful actions or judgment’
We need to realise the two fold realties we are building and the harm these algorithms are creating. It is not the body that is the problem, it is the way in which we respond, our true responsibility and game changer. We are educating the perspectives of yöung minds in the wrong way. Social media is so real what we feed our minds becomes reality and this is why we are all struggling on social media for the reality we are creating is harmful, aggressive, disrespectful, fake perfect lives, everything sexual and non inclusive platforms’
I feel very uncomfortable often now on social media. We as content users are getting so much mean-spirited feedback from the platform and people using it. It shows sadly how restricted and conditioned so many people are in their thinking today. In order to make a stand against the haters and these platforms we need to love each other harder. If we reject people's attempts to define us in narrow-minded ways and instead accept responsibility for all aspects of our authentic selves, we empower ourselves in the process.
I do not believe anyone is treated the same on socials and there is so much confusing and injustice.
Yes the algorithm reflects its biases strongly. I do not wish to label the biases or bring any further attention to them. What we focus on is what becomes life. So lets remember we can admire physical form in the same ways as we might admire a painting. However like art the human body only becomes truly great when it makes us feel something more and expand. So let us all start to let others reclaim their bodies and we do the same. Let us all be allowed to experience our home, our masterpieces that we are born with or created.
Let us stop shaming our human bodies they are a gift for life. So many people see it in a sexual way only and are threatened and offended by it and feel the need to judge and make assumptions and critique. Maybe it is time for us all to see this is based on our own limiting learned beliefs and perceptions not the ones we shame and judge and all start working on ourselves and what we can do to make the changes we want to see instead of trying to make it through others.
I believe maybe we should stop asking what is wrong with other people and their choices and behaviours and instead ask ourselves what we need to change in society so that innocent things like nudity and choice of clothing no longer carry these heavy biases and stigmas and power to make people act from a place of judgment, shame and fear and instead give cause for respect, love and celebration’

It has always been fascinating to me how things can be simultaneously true & false, how people can be good & not ideal all in one. How someone can love you in a way that is beautifully unconditional while still conditional too. Discovering honesty in this is terrifying at first, to be an explorer of the human experience means to be pulled through the many tastes, smells & sounds of being alive. By speaking with what is true in the moment we let go of embarrassment, we admit everything on our page, strengthen our voice & pull fears/emotions out from the shadow of shame/avoidance, to in turn move into wholeness. Social media has so much preaching, what is ideal, who is wrong or right & this ends in lots of good advice. But it still leaves us unwhole, as we focus on others instead of our own truths. I can see this every time I write & someone will read the caption & the only focus will be the visual. Or the way the world judges each other through magazines. The words, hearts and souls will be forgotten for the attachment to the visual and our own projection. We think we are helping ourselves & others by shame, judgment or this focus but in the end we never find truth or strengthen our voice this way, to move towards wholeness. The more time we give to the internal realms, the more we will begin to detach from the thoughts, patterns & beliefs that do not serve us. Patterns & beliefs that block & barricade us from our heart and this is the gift of presence, sitting & observing externally but feel peace internally. The calling then becomes we unmask ourselves instead of projecting on others, as the spirit is asking us to move forward to our own healing & help us find our truest self & heart. If you are an explorer of the heart/spirit you will be broken/open & born vulnerable many times in your life. To heal we have to care for both the beauty & the strife in life. To be whole we have to be caring for the ever shifting current of truth knowing there is no right or wrong or good or bad in us, or anyone. There are just our reactions of unaware, triggering, triggered, healing, healed and love (kindness, compassionate observation). When we go into ourselves it brings us both to insanity and revelation. It shows us how if we find the truth we must first connect to the untrue. It is how it teaches us we should not be disheartened when we connect to pain/fear whilst visiting the stillness within. Because on the other side of hurt there is peace & no amount of fear can justify keeping us from fully experiencing life & all the love it has to offer.
One of the reasons I love teaching movement naked is it allows us to see exactly how the body moves and should move. It allows us to build a mind muscle connection like no other. It also helps to see how joints can articulate correctly and incorrectly to avoid injuries and move us towards better movement patterns. For me I started moving like this when I was teaching myself at home. I put a video on and moved naked when I could not understand a movement and reviewed the movement back. For example the infraspinatus muscle. What Is the Infraspinatus Muscle? Your infraspinatus muscle is a thick triangular muscle located at the back of your shoulder. It's attached to the top of your upper arm bone (humerus) and your shoulder blade (scapula). The other rotator cuff muscles are the supraspinatus, subscapularis, and the teres minor. This muscle for me is a muscle that often turns off and causes me shoulder and elbow issues in handstands and backbends. Now when I start to feel these issues I watch how I do not articulate my shoulder well, like shrug and warp cue and start to work on it until it is back in order through visual methods and building exercises in to retrain it.
