Who else is working on making gains with the rest of this year?
My top 3 non-negotiables for this are
👉Protein with every meal, for me that’s 150g per day
👉A solid sleep schedule, minimum 7 hrs per night with the same bed time 6 out of 7 days
👉 Plenty of water ~ around 100 oz per day for me when lifting
This will 100% help you feel better about yourself and life even if you aren’t lifting or a gym nerd 🤓
