

I FEEL GUILTY RESTING THOUGH! First off; You shouldn't! You NEED to rest up between workouts in order to grow and recover. If youre in a CONSTANT state of repair...your poor muscles don't have time to grow bigger...which is negating your entire goal of both strength and muscle growth! You don't grow DURING your workout, you grow while you RECOVER from them. If you simply MUST move, walk, bike, jog, get sweaty in bed....Something light to get the heart pumpin' I will be on a trip to the desert this Friday and Im told wifi is spotty...I will be updating as I can, but if I can't I might send y'all a little something to your inbox as a thank you for you patience ;) Be great this week!
