

BUT FITNESS FEELS LIKE A CHORE, ITS HARD AND TIME CONSUMING! Yeah...so is anything worthwhile. If it was easy, everyone would do it. Be different, be dedicated, be focused. Its okay to fall off here and there for a couple days, but staying on track for the long haul is where the results lay.
