

So I have a new regime, well two actually. A fitness regime and a work/life balance regime. So here’s what my days look like during the week now if you’re interested 😄; Breakfast; 9am (eggs, egg whites and spinach) with tea, vitamin C and multivitamins. 9-10am; Eat breakfast, do my morning diary & day plan 10-11am; get ready (shower, makeup etc) 11am; food (from prep) usually protein (quorn as I’m vegetarian), potatoes and green veggies. 11.15- 2; work - create content, photos, admin, answer DMs, plan bigger shoots and content for filming, order what I need etc. 2-3; social media & networking, as that’s what makes all this viable! 4pm; food (from prep) same as before 4.15-5.45; walk my dog 🐕 😄 6pm-6.30; get ready to teach my online classes 6.30-9; online dance classes 9-10pm; my workout (either upper body or lower body) 10.30; post workout food - bagel & honey Then I get to midnight to answer DMs and take some downtime 🌙 ✨ It’s usually not a great idea to workout so late but, since I’ve been teaching for many years and performing, shows and classes are obviously much later in the day so my body is very well adapted to being pushed into the evening and it doesn’t disturb my sleep at all :) Wednesday I have a complete office day! So one day a week on admin and life admin :) Weekends I do cardio, create extra content, do all my chores etc 😄♥️
