Last month I worked through it and was in pain. I decided not to do it this time round. Usually I am prepared but I lost track of time. It’s only a few day and I will be back to normal tomorrow. I feel like crying as I do give you all my time and best I physically can. I just needed a little time to myself while I can. Hormones, cramp and feeling run down is not sexy. 😥😔😭 Anyway rant over.
