

Here is an easy #superfood DIY mask - perfect for drawing out toxins, clearing breakouts and nourishing and soothing stressed skin!
Plus - staying inside a dry environment can cause our skin to get a little frazzled and dehydrated, so kick back, chill and get glowing✨ with this simple combo!
How does it work? 😲
💚Chlorella helps draw out toxins for super-clean pores, and contains Vitamin B2, B3 and biotin to nourish the skin.
For any redness, irritation or marks from pimples, our Chlorella helps to renew cells because it is bursting with an incredible compound called Chlorella Growth Factor.
🥑Avocado is packed with skin-loving good fats that are perfect to moisturise, plus Vitamins A and E that are absorbed to care for and nourish the skin.
🥥Coconut oil contains hydrating fats, including lauric acid and medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), that are known to kill acne-causing bacteria.
☝️Sometimes coconut oil can be a little rich for sensitive or oily skin types, so in this case try your choice of jojoba, rosehip, almond or olive oils.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
🔸1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Chlorella powder
🔸1⁄2 avocado
🔸 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or alternative, see above)
HOW TO👇:
1️⃣ In no particular order, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mash everything together until they turn into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ With your fingers, apply the paste onto your face — avoiding your eye area.
3️⃣ Let the mask work its magic for 15 minutes.
4️⃣ Rinse off with lukewarm water.
You can do this mask 1-2 times a week.
Note: If you have rosacea or sensitive skin start with 1⁄2 teaspoon Organic Burst Chlorella and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon (it's a potent, nutrient-dense food).
