Added 2020-12-10 16:31:53 +0000 UTCSo, for those who might not know, I workout about 3x a week. The program I use is the same one as the classes I used to take at the gym- Mossa. They recently updated the app and launched new workouts that are basically the training videos for the instructors of the gym classes (before this they only had 30 minute workouts). I was thrilled to be able to do a full hour of the cardio yoga on Tuesday. Everything hurts. EVERYTHING. Like, my RIBS hurt. Wtf did I do to workout my ribs? So, I guess I need to decide if I'm gonna workout through the pain today or not. 😅
