Just shows how important cardio is, especially in combat sports. I’ve never been a fan of cardio, but there’s an old saying. “Fatigue makes cowards of us all.”
When you’re exhausted, the only thing you can think about is taking a break. Sometimes, you cannot take that break. That’s where training comes in, and lots of it. This is just another aspect of what I do in my fitness world 😁
