I listen to podcasts while I workout. Todayβs spoke about how being misaligned with ππππ blueprint for you life will bring you suffering in life. On the flip side, in order to get to your idea of how your life should be, this usually involves a process which is painful.
We go through the uncomfortable because we humans are meant to grow. Growth equals happiness. Stagnant equals death, and not necessarily in the literal sense. Youβll still be living, but parts of you will die. Which attributed to the misalign.
So, do the things that are calling you. Find your joy, whatever that may look like. And remember to keep balance in all things while doing so βοΈπ
