Does anybody here love oats too?👸 Overnight Oats. Takes 2min to make, easy and healthy way to get your carbs in. I cook it in the microwave. I use alkaline water mixed with the oats, microwave it for 1-2min. Add a bit of cinnamon on top and put in the refrigerator 💯💪😉

Over time, low-level exposure to pesticides can result in their accumulation in our tissues (mainly in our fat stores), which has been linked to many health concerns from fertility issues and headaches to degenerative diseases.😫
✔️ Add 1 tbsp baking soda to a big bowl of water 💧 (2-3 pints) and soak (or gently scrub if need be) produce for 10-15 minutes, then rinse.
✔️ Vinegar is also said to help remove pesticides and bacteria. Add to water in a 1:4 ratio and leave your fruit in the mixture for up to half an hour, then rinse.🚿
✔️ Aim to buy organic versions of the “Dirty Dozen” - 12 fruit 🍓and veg 🥬
